  • Ochota a profesionalni pristup vsech zamestnancu.

  • Na pokoji nelze snadno napojit nabijecku na mobil.Zasuvky jsou špatně přístupné.Aranzma dvouluzkoveho pokoje s postelemi u sebe neni pohodlne pro toho, kdo využije lužko u zdi.

  • Velice milý personál v recepci a lobby

  • Přítomnost pouze jedné kafe machine u snídaně, která slouží i pro ohřev teplé vody na čaj, s vlastní obsluhou klienta, je zoufale pomalá.
